At StorEdge Solutions (referred to as "StorEdge Solutions", "we", "us" or "our") and related entities, we are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Information Privacy Principles (IPPs) contained in the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ). We will never sell your personal information.

We primarily store data in Australia and New Zealand. However, some third-party providers (e.g., cloud storage or communication tools) may host data in overseas locations. If we do disclose personal information to overseas recipients, we will take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected in accordance with Australian and New Zealand privacy laws.

Requests can be made by contacting us (see Section 12). We will respond within a reasonable time and may require identity verification. In some cases, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover administrative costs.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymise the information.
